Yorkshire’s 54North Homes recently inaugurated a flagship affordable housing project, Leonora House, with a ceremony that drew numerous attendees. This £12 million development features 58 modern apartments, including 28 one-bedroom, 25 two-bedroom, and five three-bedroom units, all designated for social rent in Leeds. Situated on Railway Street close to the city center, the building is named in honor of Leonora Cohen OBE, a Leeds native, textile worker, and renowned suffragette who lived from 1873 to 1978 Leeds Star Newspaper
