A Leeds care manager who supports adults with learning disabilities has been recognised on the national stage. Adrianne Evans-Faulkner, Service Manager at Cygnet Social Care Supported Living in Leeds, has been named a finalist in the Partnership Champion category at the Social Care Leadership Awards 2025. The awards, which celebrate excellence in social care leadership, will be held on 21 October 2025 at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square.
Adrianne is being honoured for her dedication to collaborative working and her success in empowering staff to achieve their full potential. This recognition follows a strong year for Adrianne and her team, who won Mental Health Service of the Year at the Stars of Social Care Awards in June.
